Forest School for Reception
Reception have had so much fun during their first Forest School sessions!
The girls enjoyed exploring the woods, identifying different types of leaves, playing hide and seek and making their own magic wands.

Forest School takes place in a natural environment where girls can begin a relationship with the natural world. Forest School aims to develop learning, resilience, confidence, creativity and independence. Forest school is the same as outdoor learning and it is generally aimed at students from two to seven years old. Also, Forest School helps you face challenges that come your way and boosts your confidence.
It is a very fun and helpful experience where the Reception girls learn to manage risks that may come to them in the future. The girls in Ladybirds are very young and have to use this time wisely to learn many things while they are still on the most important part of their learning journey.
