Outdoor Classroom Day was a spectacular celebration of learning beyond the classroom walls, filled with engaging activities that inspired children to reconnect with nature!
Students immersed themselves in an array of workshops, including exhilarating skateboarding sessions, where they honed their skills and boosted their confidence. Creative fire-making workshops taught essential survival techniques, while mindful Zen Gardens invited pupils to explore tranquillity through nature.
The children showcased their artistic talents with tree art, transforming natural materials into beautiful creations, and participated in a captivating assembly led by The Royal Parks, focusing on nurturing our environment. Practical chair-making sessions encouraged teamwork and craftsmanship, while mindfulness and nature workshops promoted well-being through outdoor exploration.
Our cosy reading tent was a favourite retreat for many, as children settled down with stories surrounded by nature. Planting tulips and engaging in hands-on activities with natural resources they collected enriched their experience, making Outdoor Classroom Day an unforgettable adventure for all!
