Our fantastic onsite caterers have launched the ‘Eat the Rainbow’ challenge!
To promote eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, the girls have been tasked to eat every colour of the rainbow this week.
To kick off the challenge, we held an assembly led by a registered nutritionist. She discussed the Eatwell guide and the nutritional benefits of consuming a variety of ‘rainbow foods’.
During lunch on Wednesday, an array of colourful fruits and vegetables were on display for the girls to see. There was also a variety of smoothie options for dessert, including banana and strawberry, beetroot and berry, and apple, spinach, and kale. The smoothies were a big hit.
